Adoption Policy
All prospective pet owners are screened to help ensure compatibility. Anyone wishing to adopt must complete a questionnaire about their home and family, must be 21 years old, agree to spay or neuter their pet - and have a loving heart. We do not adopt to anyone who will not comply with our policy or who is suspected of using the animal for inhumane and/or illegal purposes, ie. dog fighting.

Adoption Fees
Dogs $20.00 plus $50.00 to apply to spay or neuter.

Cats $15.00 plus $35.00 to apply to spay or neuter.

Adoption Fee includes rabies vaccinations.

You may complete our application form at the shelter, online or by fax.

Attention
You must arrive at the shelter at least 30 minutes before closing if you plan to adopt.


Adopting a Friend
Adopting a pet is a commitment for the life of your pet. It requires patience and understanding. Our goal is to attract potential pet owners who have given careful, serious consideration to their decision to adopt. You will be giving him a better life - and he will be doing the same for you. We are available for help and support after the adoption to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible.
